When I was young I prefer payment but as I cumulate experiences the stability of job is the best.

=> When I was younger, I preferred getting paid, but as I've gained more life experience, the best thing is work security.

It is no different than he is bankrupt. => He is as good as bankrupt.

I will go there as quickly as possible. =>
