  A.) What is one of the Forum’s unwritten rules? Please elaborate on your answer. The Pacific Islands forum consists of 18 countries including Australia and New Zealand. Although these two countries are the main donors to the Forum, their representatives can't be its secretary general. That is one of its unwritten rules. B.) Make these sentences into English.
